Account & Sync

How persistence, device IDs, and cloud push/pull interact.

Settings Impact

  • Device ID affects which workspace is targeted during sync.
  • Sync target override changes where cloud sync is sent.
  • Current sync target display helps troubleshooting.
  • Enable Maker Sales Suite (Navigation & Layout) controls whether the Maker Sales tab/workspace is visible for this account.
  • Public App URL (QR Links) controls the base URL embedded in spool/group QR links.
  • Detailed settings reference: Settings guide.

QR Share URL Setup

If you only scan QR on the same browser/session, URL setup is optional. If you scan from another device (phone/tablet), set a reachable public URL.

  • Path: Settings -> Data & Storage -> Public App URL (QR Links).
  • Example: https://your-domain.example/app.
  • If blank, FilamentOps uses the current app URL (often localhost/private IP).
  • Spool scanner also supports direct IDs/JSON payloads if URL routing is unavailable.

Maker Sales Suite Toggle

Maker Sales is now a standard setting and no longer hidden behind Developer Mode.

  • Path: Settings → Navigation & Layout → Enable Maker Sales Suite.
  • Turning it off hides the Maker Sales tab; turning it on restores it.
  • Feature-channel visibility rules can still restrict access by role.

Cloud Flow

  • Push: local workspace to cloud state.
  • Pull: cloud workspace to local state.
  • Use local exports as backup checkpoints.

Guest vs Signed-In

Guest workspace can persist locally; signed-in mode ties workspace to user context and sync flows.
